Using this site

Updated October 31, 2026. These terms cover the website. The stay itself is covered by the rental agreement you sign, not by this page.

A request is not a reservation

Stay Exit Zero rents The Delford and Fern in North Cape May, New Jersey, by the week, for part of the year. Sending the form asks us to check the dates. It does not hold the house, and it does not charge you. We reply within 24 hours. We may decline a request.

The calendar

Shaded nights come from a calendar feed that can be hours out of date. We confirm every request against the calendar we actually book from. If the site calendar and a later note disagree, the note from book@stayexitzero.com controls.

The agreement and payment

If the dates are open, we send a link to the rental agreement with the rent filled in. The agreement is marked draft until an attorney has approved the text. Signing and paying are both required before a stay is confirmed. Payment is a Stripe Payment Link a person creates for that stay. This site does not take a card hold. Zelle is offered only when the owner has approved it for a known repeat guest.

The houses

Descriptions, bed counts, and house rules come from the listings as of October 31, 2026. Street addresses are sent after a stay is confirmed. They are not published here. Photos are of the houses. A few facade photos are cropped so a house number is not readable.

The guide

Notes about Cape May, the bay, the ferry, and restaurants are for planning. Hours and menus change. Check before you go. We are not those businesses.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, try to break the site, or scrape guest information. The site, the words, and the photographs are owned by the owner of the houses except where a font or library license says otherwise.

Liability

The website is offered as a way to ask about a stay. We are not liable for a calendar that lagged, a third-party site linked from a guide, or a payment page run by Stripe. The rental agreement, once it is no longer a draft, is the contract for the stay.
